Size and product details
Images and descriptions of each product are available online, as well as size chart to help in choosing the correct size

Price and Currency
Publish price and final invoice are in US dollar. Quarzia.it encourages clients to contact their home bank to receive the accurate price conversion and any bank commissions related to the transaction.

Order Payment
We accept PayPal account, and reserve the right to process the order only if shipped to the same address that the verified PayPal account is registered with.
We accept Credit Card VISA and MASTERCARD via PayPal without a PayPal account.

Order update
It is possible to check the status of your order by sending email to malas@quarzia.it including your order reference number and your QUARZIA login number.
We remind clients that once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Order placed separately will be shipped separately.

Shipping Information

Shipment and Fees
SHIPMENT FEE is 20 US$ each order. Orders are exempt VAT (Value Added Tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these import fees is the sole responsibility of the Client.
QUARZIA.IT ships worldwide using EMS postal service.
QUARZIA.IT does not deliver to P.O.BOX

Shipment Date
AVAILABLE ITEMS:Items that are already available will be shipped in 2-3 business days following order completion.
We remind the first-time Clients that QUARZIA.IT can request PayPal to double check the transaction and the account information. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.

QUARZIA.IT shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of QUARZIA.
When the order is shipped, Clients will receive an email from QUARZIA specifying the tracking number with a direct link to the website to monitor the shipment status.

Shipment Insurance

QUARZIA.IT shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.

Return Insurance

To request a return authorization number (RAN) write an email to Quarzia@qurzia.it with your order reference number and your QUARZIA login name with the descrition of the item you want to return and the desired type of return. You will receive an email from QUARZIA with your RAN number and instruction for the return shipment.

The two types of Return are:

Size Exchange: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client when returning an item for size/color exchange. Items can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same item Code is available. The cost of shipping back the item will be pay by QUARZIA.

Partial Refund: In case that a refound is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client. The amount will be deducted from the final refund. Refund will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted. Order paid by PayPal or Credit Card will be refunded to the original account. All refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Returns must be shipped with 7 days of the order delivery date.

Return Terms & Conditions

The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items. Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above. QUARZIA reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return.
QUARZIA reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy.

Products and Images Online

QUARZIA decline every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client computer or to malfunction, the colors of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.
Images on QUARZIA.IT belong to PT. QUARZIA BALI BATIK and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of PT. QUARZIA BALI BATIK is forbidden.

Product Availability

Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the items in color and size. Once the order is processed by the Orders Department QUARZIA reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise and verify the transaction’s validity. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.

Commercial Policies

Processing Orders – PT.QUARZIA BALI BATIK reserves the right to decline an order in the event that the order does not receive express verification or approval from the Clint’s bank. Once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. It is at the sole discretion of PT. QUARZIA BALI BATIK to reserve the right to decline to process an order and/or offer service to anyone at any time.

QUARZIA.IT respect your right to privacy. Accordingly, we do not share or sell your information to any third parties. Any and all information’s collected by QUARZIA.IT are used solely for purpose of processing your order. Once you create an account with QUARZIA.IT, you are automatically included in our updates newsletters and correspondences.
